Packaging, Delivery, Shipping and Returns Policy
As we are a small business, we aim to dispatch your order within a time period designated to the specific product you have ordered. Each product on our website has been hand-crafted and produced over long periods of time.
For this reason we take time to wrap each object with care in order to ensure that our packaging secures your purchase on arrival.
We try to keep delivery costs down but not to the detriment of the value of the product being delivered. Heavier sculptures will be priced separately and a quotation sent to our customer.
Processing times are separate from Delivery times. All orders are processed within 1-8 weeks and shipped within 7 business days after receiving your designated order confirmation email(excluding weekends and holidays)
Large orders or customisation of orders may take longer to process. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We will notify you of any delays due to for example high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.
Domestic and Local delivery
Charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Deliveries are made from 8h00 to 18h00 from Monday to Saturday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you have provided at checkout to notify you on the day of arrival or by email.
We offer international shipping to the following countries: USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand.
We calculate delivery for different countries at checkout based on the weight and the proportions of each package.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Boldstone is not responsible for these charges. If they are applied these charges are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, on condition the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and photos of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
